From Dreams and Nightmares

Facing the dreams and nightmares I once had,
I realize the truth about my life,
The thought about the lie,
The idea behind it all.

The truth is simple and wide
Just live enjoy and keep moving forward,
Look back but remember the good memoirs
No matter how harsh the past once was or felt

The dreams are just the same
And at the same time are reflections
Of one’s experiences and wishes
That determine the inner selves of my being

The nightmares are just the same as the dreams
But in contrast reflect the fears and horrors that are around
And are more likely to happen
Because our nature, my nature wishes so
My nature is negative and pessimistic
Therefore easy to manipulate within my reality

To me the whole concept of living can be summarize in one word
Yet I can’t find such a word
Because for every being and every experience
Such word can change
Is different and that is what makes us who we are,
Maybe to just be is good enough
And will peace the inner devils that live
In the deepest of my soul
…hopefully they will never be awaken
